MONGOLIAN NATIONAL FILM COUNCIL ORGANIZED THE “MONGOLIAN FILM DAY” EVENT IN BERLIN, GERMANY

The Mongolian National Film Council, in collaboration with the Embassy of Mongolia in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Arts & Media Project Management & Consulting NGO (AMPMC), successfully orchestrated the “Mongolian Film Day” event. This initiative took place during the 74th Berlinale International Film Festival in Berlin, Germany, as part of the commemorative year marking the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Federal Republic of Germany.

On February 20, 2024, “Mongolian Film Day” unfolded with the primary objective of showcasing the Mongolian film industry to the international audience present at the Berlin International Film Festival. The event featured the screening of three notable Mongolian films, namely “City of Wind,” a feature film directed by Lkhagvadulam. P, “Horizon,” a feature film directed by Batdelger.B, and “The Woman,” a feature film directed by Otgonzorig. B. The screenings took place at “BABYLON” and “FILMKUNST66” cinemas in Berlin, Germany.
