Director J. Sengedorj’s feature film “Sales Girl” was selected the right to compete in the “A Window on Asian Cinema” section of the 27th Busan International Film Festival

The official news of the 27th “Busan International Film Festival” /BIFF/ was announced on September 07.

Busan International Film Festival, which is an A-level film festival held in Asian countries, selects about 200 films from more than 70 countries and nominates them in 14 sections. The film festival will be held from October 5 to 14, 2022.

In the “A Window on Asian Cinema” section of the festival, the feature film “The Sales Girl” co-produced by Nomadia Pictures, Mongolian Film Makers Association and director J. Sengedorj was officially selected to right to compete with 30 films from more than 40 countries.

The artists of the movie “Sales girl” supported by The Mongolian National Film Council during the “Busan International Film Festival” to be held this October.

The section “A Window on Asian Cinema” is characterized by the fact that it introduces the latest best works of famous directors and young directors who are emerging in the field of Asian cinema with their own style and characteristics.

Director J. Sengedorj’s feature film “Sales Girl” won the “Best Actress” at “Osaka Asian Film Festival 2022” and “Best Film” at “New York Asian Film Festival 2022”.
