• TENGIS CINEMA and SAYAN PICTURES organized a special screening of “Anatomy of Fall” film for the participants of this course.
Film critic Amarsanaa.B shared with the participants the principles he follows in writing film reviews:
Writing a film review doesn’t mean judging the film. It is the art of sharing your impressions, and brief introduction about the film and professionally evaluating the theme, idea and design of the film.
If you want to write a film review but don’t know how to start, you should immediately write down what you think right after watching the film. Then proofreading it will help you write the full review. There is no style for writing a film review, and your reviews will be defined in your own words.
Amarsanaa.B quoted Robert Ebert’s words “Films are important, so film critics are important too”, it was emphasized film critics are important for the development of cinematography in Mongolia.
On the 13th of September, 2024, the participants received their certificates and shared their opinions about this course.
