LOCATION: MYANGAD SOUM, KHOVD PROVINCE, MONGOLIA

Altan Khukhi mountain is located in Myangad sum of Khovd province and covers an area of 90,735 hectares. It was designated as a nature reserve in 2010 and is characterized by its average height of 2500-3000m above sea level with the highest peak being Olgo Khokhi Uul at 3350m.
