The resort has a yurt and a house with a capacity of 120 people per shift. There is also a sauna, swimming pool, karaoke, basketball court and table tennis area. It is located 5 kilometers east of the equestrian statue of Chinggis Khaan, 58 kilometers from Ulaanbaatar.
